Happiness Revisited :)

6 things Happy folks do….

Ture happinessHappy about being you, and doing stuff you would like to do, not really worrying yourself sick about what others say? Well done!

We are on the road to happiness! Let’s travel together and see what others do.  Let’s reach beyond me happiness.

The poster above explicitly tells us what happy people do. Let’s interpret what they do:

  1. Look ahead in life. Looking back spells R-E-G-R-E-S-S-I-O-N.
  2. Change brings new and newness brings joy!
  3. Remember don’t get affected by what others say and think!
  4. Be good and good returns.
  5. Speak up but don’t look down; take risks but be smart.
  6. To receive pats, give them generously. It breeds joy.

We are in the happiness zone if we can be happy for others.

Let’s celebrate Happiness!

The secret to Happiness!

A smiling heart
shared thoughts

When we revisited happiness, we arrived at what the wise say. True happiness begins with and ends at the heart. And when the heart smiles, an aura of pure joy and happiness envelops our very being.

Let’s give more of us, share more of ourselves, revel in the glory of those better than us and understand the significance of true living! Let’s be in harmony with ourselves and then with those around us. Let’s radiate pure bliss, hitherto not felt.

Happy times await us.

Simply Happy

shared thoughts

True! That’s how simple joy is! Happiness exists in the everyday happenings. A walk in the park, a blossoming flower, the chirping birds, shape of a drifting cloud, a warm hug and giving a little of ourselves!  Costs nothing! Can spend only a glance or some effort on them.  A bit of time and an abundance of cheer. Two words define it

Simplicity ~~ Happiness.

My last few posts have dwelled on happiness.

Sunday’s joy spelled out my happy choice

Monday explored the reasons for the choice!

Tuesday- Do I see a smile  on you lips?

Wednesday an ongoing journey of happiness……

Yesterday, a Thursday, whispered a secret of joy!

And today simple pleasures, I reiterate.

Simple is flavourful!
